To keep a great atmosphere in our shop and ensure timely deliveries, please read these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility!
π GENERAL TERMS
Authenticity: All items in the shop are 100% original. If an item is not original, we always indicate it in the description. If we find a scam or fake in a group order β we refund the money.
Set priority: If someone takes the entire set at once, it has priority, and previous individual reservations are cancelled.
Location: All items are located abroad, except posts marked as 'in stock'.
Respect: We are always open to dialogue, so let's treat each other with respect β€οΈβπ₯
πΈ RESERVATIONS & CHECKOUT
Reservations: leave a comment with the number or the member you want to take.
Comments: Deleting or editing your comments is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation: You can cancel only if you find a replacement yourself. We can also help find a replacement β everything is discussed individually.
πΈ PAYMENT & PENALTIES
Deadline: You have 48 hours to pay after our confirmation.
Receipts: After payment, you must send a receipt (preferably with your nickname) under the post or in DMs.
Delays: If you warn us in advance β we will work it out. If there is no payment and you are silent β a penalty of +5 UAH per day is charged.
Ignoring: If you don't pay for your order, ignore messages, or block the admin β the items become the shop's property without a refund.
π¦ DELIVERY TO UKRAINE & SHIPPING
Prices: All prices in posts are listed without delivery to Ukraine.
Delivery cost: Approximately 35 UAH per card. Albums and heavy items are calculated by weight ($17/kg). Additional customs fees may apply if charged on the box.
Timeframes: Japan β 2 weeks to a month, China β from 50 days. I always notify about any delays.
Within Ukraine: Shipping only via Nova Poshta (exceptions possible only by request).
Storage: Your items can be stored until the next positions arrive (up to 4 months, food β up to 1 month). If the deadline passes and you don't pick up items β they become the shop's property.
β οΈ LIABILITY & RETURNS
Defects: We are not responsible for factory defects, damage during postal delivery, or if the seller didn't warn about the condition/contents. But we are always ready to help sort things out with the post office if a package is lost.
Custom orders: If you found a listing yourself (e.g., on Mercari) and ask us to purchase it β I am not responsible for its authenticity or condition.
Unboxing video: Complaints about missing items or discrepancies are accepted ONLY with a continuous unboxing video from the moment of opening the package.
